About Dan Cordón

Over a career spanning trades, military service, hospitality, social enterprise, and regulated retail, Dan Cordón has built, scaled, and re-engineered organizations from the inside out — turning founder-dependent businesses into systems that run without them.

Across twenty years of operating, Dan ran a fifteen-million-dollar annual operation with 20% year-over-year growth, supported more than thirty restaurant and venue openings in operating, sales, and consulting roles, and drove national market launches of new spirits and wine brands at Horizon Beverage.

Today he is the founder of Damaria Advisory Group and National Ventures LLC, based in Raleigh, North Carolina. The City of Boston recognized his community work with a Citation of Merit (2011), and he has served as a guest lecturer and panelist at Boston College, Boston University, Northeastern, Harvard, and Brown.
